Fish Oil for memory

I take several pills each morning, fish oil being one of them. I'm not certain that each pill I take does anything for me and if I would notice had I stopped taking them. So periodically, I will cease taking something to see if it has any effect. Recently, I omitted fish oil from my morning pills.

I did notice an effect after I stopped using fish oil for awhile, and that was that I had difficulty focusing my attention on complex things and my memory wasn't quite as sharp.

The benefits of stretching

If you're at all like me, stretching is a must before undertaking just about ANY physical activity. However, for me, it has become much more than just a way to prevent injury. Yes, I still stretch before I swing a golf club, lace up the hockey skates or just about anything else but I've also made it a point to stratech nearly first thing every morning either before I step into the shower or while I'm in the shower with hot water warming my tight muscles. I have a limited number of quick moves I make that pretty much cover the basics and take about a minute or two to complete but help me to feel better all day long.

To me, its kind of like flossing, start making a habit of it and you'll miss it sorely should you forget. Anwyay, stretching in the morning gets my blood flowing, gets my muscles warmed, loosened and ready for an active day. Occasionally I stretch again during the day if needed, especially if I'm stuck in my office for the day and I can actually feel that I have better circulation from doing so.

Give it a try tomorrow morning and see if it makes you feel just a little better all day long. I can almost guarantee that if you give it two weeks, you'll be addicted and continue on with this great habit.
